Swoosh Bros vs Hustle Gang

Rodfil Camacho was unstoppable in the break but it was Jimuel Sta Maria who stole the spotlight in the game as the Swoosh Bros cruised to a 62-47 victory over the Hustle Gang. The game was going back and forth early but the Hustle Gang couldn’t keep up as the game goes on playing without their Fearless Leader Cris Dapon and Speedy Guard Yuhenyo Giron. Rodfil and Jimuel took over the second half as the Hustle Gang struggled to keep up on the fast break plays.
Rodfil Camacho finished with 17 points, 8 rebounds, and 3 assists while Jimuel Sta. Maria finished with 24 points, 7 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals. Supreme Commander JR Sunga finished 3 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals while Dwin Brotonel finished with 7 points, 5 rebounds, 3 assists, and 2 steals as he kept the pressure all morning long. Steven Stan Nicolas finished with 7 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals while Conrad had 4 points, 2 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 steal in his debut with the Swoosh Bros. Neil Bagalso also had a good defensive effort keeping the passing lanes in check.
Meanwhile, Hustle Gang was missing Cris Dapon and Yuhenyo Giron. They were in the game early but as the game goes on, the sugar high was lost. Jordan Rey finished with 12 points, 6 rebounds while Aldrin had 14 points and 7 rebounds. Jan Quiocho had a spectacular shooting game with 17 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists and 1 steal. Jacob Felquir finished with 5 points, 5 rebounds, 1 assist, and steal. Claro Sumagui had 2 rebounds, an assist, and 2 steals in a losing effort.


Gym Rats vs Track Hawks

The Gym Rats played a very physical game against the young Track Hawks as they cruise to a 75-48 victory in Week 5. Victor Dungca started the game on fire and on Mach 9 speed while Exequiel Opial showed why he belong on the Gym Rats as he established the bruising inside game early.
Exequiel Opial finished with 19 points and 10 rebounds while Victor Dunga finished with 24 points, 3 rebounds and 4 steals. Ja Aloy was spectacular in the game while controlling the pace and give some dimes on the right spot for his teammates while finishing with 3 points and 5 assists (maybe more). Rainier De Joya finished with 13 points, while Renz Villanueva finished with 12 points in the game. JC Cuenca also had a good defensive game vs the young Track Hawks.
Meanwhile, the Hawks had a long day. Ads Acuna had his best game of the season with 14 points. Kean Oham was guarded heavily by the Rats as they try to keep him off rhythm with 16 points. CJ Luna finished with 12 points and 8 assists while Ryan Luna had 3 points in a losing effort. Jun Centeno finished with 2 points and 2 rebounds while Aden Oham grabbed 2 rebounds and made 2 points.


Ruff Ryders vs Soju Bombers

SOJU Bombers were roughed up by the Ruff Ryders in their 73-44 loss in their Week 5 matchup. It is easy to say to that the reason that the Bombers were not in synch was due to the 2 weekend layoff. However, the Ruff Ryders were just too much on transition play in this game. The game was never close as the Ryders led for much of the game. Waves of touchdown outlet passes and fastbreak plays spelled the doom for the Bombers.
Ronnie Tallud finished with 25 points, 9 rebounds, 1 assists, 4 steals in a stunning all around display. Juan Gutierrez finished with 21 points, 10 rebounds, 2 assists followed by Mico Mercado’s 16 points and 5 rebounds. Frankie Mesa patrolled the late and finished with 6 points and 6 rebounds while Roy Lor had a very good showing with 4 points and 2 assists. Richard Osay finished with 3 points and 1 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Gabe Gaw finished with 16 points and 5 rebounds for the Soju Bombers while Cyrel Legaspi had 16 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists, and 2 steals. Shooter Dillon Pineda was kept in check the whole game and was not able to do much and finished with 2 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists.Jacob Liwanag had a 8 point and 1 rebound effort while Paolo Olea gathered 2 points and 5 rebounds in a losing effort.
